What You 'll Do: * Conduct personalized, 1:1 client consultations * Recommend tailored wellness products through consultative sales * Build strong, lasting client relationships * Achieve monthly sales goals with empathy and drive * Assist with product setup, inventory, and light store maintenance * Occasionally lift and move items up to 40 pounds What You Bring: * Consultative sales experience (retail, wellness, or service-oriented roles) * Strong communication and active listening skills * Empathy, confidence, and a heart for helping others * Comfort with POS systems and basic tech tools * Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand, kneel, and walk throughout your shift * Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends (no late nights!)
