Requirements * Sales experience, particularly in a client-facing role * Proven track record of dependability, trustworthiness, and ethical behavior * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities * Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn and succeed * Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. * Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales. * Maintain knowledge of new products. * Property and Casualty License (required) * Life and Health License (preferred at least 6 months into employment) * 1 year of Insurance experience preferred * Why the Reyna Insurance Agency?
