Solar Sales Representative About the Opportunity We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our clients growing team as a sales representative. Sales representatives educate clients on the benefits of solar energy solutions, close sales, and collaborate with our rapidly growing sales and operations team. Responsibilities * Provide our potential customers with detailed consultations * Develop individual solutions based on the requirements of the customer. * Qualify possible clients. * Work with managers to keep a healthy pipeline * Work cross-functionally between sales, the executive team, customer service, and the operations team. * Intelligence with a powerful work ethic customer data. Qualifications * One year of successful sales experience, solar sales preferred but not required * Professional appearance, attitude, and character * Understanding of solar industry and marketplace, including solar site evaluations * Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver presentations * Excellent communication skills * Office computer skills * Light marketing and collateral development skills * PV, Electrical Construction/Contracting experience or knowledge a plus * High energy level and work well in a team environment, but able to take initiative and follow-through * The position requires a clean DMV report, maintenance of a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation Compensation * W2 full-time opportunity * Base Plus Commission.
