Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Lines Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing personal lines insurance accounts and providing exceptional customer service. The Account Manager will coordinate proactive service on renewals, and daily service requests, while adhering to our department policies, workflows and procedures. As well as meeting their set new business revenue goals. The Account Manager will also be responsible for working with clients to understand their insurance needs, identifying opportunities to offer additional insurance products, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role is located in Buhl, ID. Qualifications * Experience in Account Management, Customer Service, and Personal Insurance * Understanding of Insurance * Strong problem-solving and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities * Attention to detail and accuracy * Experience with insurance agency management systems.
