What You 'll Do: * Develop and nurture relationships with individuals interested in real estate investment * Identify potential investors, assess their qualifications, and keep communication ongoing * Connect qualified investors with suitable property opportunities * Oversee the scheduling of property viewings and support the offer and closing stages * Ensure the buying and selling process proceeds efficiently and without issues What We 're Looking For: * Confident and persuasive communicator with proven success in phone-based sales * Quick thinker with the ability to address concerns and pivot conversations effectively * Open to feedback and persistent--approaches every call as a learning experience. * Know that being present in our office daily from 8-5pm leads to faster success. * Real estate license not required to interview. Must be willing to get licensed before you start.
