You won't just be an estimator, you'll be a brand ambassador too! Receive a guaranteed wage of $21.00 to $24.00 per hour based on experience, plus bonuses for every customer that you close! We are looking for someone who has sales experience and is comfortable selling to a wide variety of people. Our franchise has a lot of room to grow and we are looking for a motivated salesperson to help us get to the next level. Schedule is flexible, we are looking for someone for 20 to 25 hours a week.. Our normal business hours are 8:00 - 4:30, but we can work around a candidates schedule. We provide: * Proven sales training. Your bonus is dependent on your ability to convert warm leads into sales. You will earn a bonus for every recurring sale that you close! You will also have five sick days and flexible days off. There is a lot of flexibility in the schedule for this position. As an estimator, you will be responsible for: * Price quotes to sell Molly Maid cleaning services - Meet with warm leads in their home and over the phone. * Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner - Our team members love our customers, and you will too. Show them you care about their home; make a connection and you'll win. * Close the loop on any open estimates/sales - We believe the personal relationship is important and that starts with you, the estimator.
