Job Location: In-Person, $50K-$70K Annual Salary (Based on Experience), Full-Time Our client helps businesses follow labor laws with expert solutions, andthey want you to join their team as a Business Development Representative! Your day-to-day as a Business Development Representative: * Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage corporate clients * Qualify leads through research and initial contact to assess potential fit * Set appointments for the corporate sales team to conduct product demos * Support transition from appointment setting to demo completion * Maintain accurate records of outreach and activity in CRM tools Your skills and experience: * 1-2 years of experience in B2B business development or telesales * Education in a business-related field (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a natural rapport builder * Proven ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively * Comfortable working in a goal-driven and fast-paced environment For immediate consideration for the Business Development Representative role, contact Faith (727-[please apply online]) at ETS today.
