TADICH SALES RECRUITERS is a nationwide recruiting firm located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Established in 1969, TSR has demonstrated a history of dedicated and integrity to clients and candidates in Pittsburgh and throughout the nation. We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager for a top electrical supply company based out of the Nashville area. Job Responsibilities * Design and Implement programs to maximize net profit and return sales. * Oversee preparation of large branch budget, and monitor actual performances to ensure branch activities objective. * Develop and maintain business relationships with current and potential customers and suppliers. * Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure long-term market share profitability growth. * Will supervise 4 branches ( Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga and Clarksville} * Will be based out of Nashville, TN office. * 25% overnight travel. * Will work with the sales reps. in the branches and be involved in the sales process. * Developing business plans that support the commdata market within the assigned territory; work with appropriate sales personnel to develop tactical plans to implement the district plan. * Product lines includes; electrical fiber optic cable, lighting & power products & metal conduit & wiring products, voice products, belden solutions and data comm tools. Job Requirements * Must have commdata , low voltage, security audio visual or related electrical sales + mgt experience. * Commdata, IT or contractor experience. * Electrical or commdata distribution background. * Commdata supplier / OEM experience. * Distribution sales is preferred We Offer * 100k- 140k base + overrides + co car+ exp +bonus+ benefits=180k Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities Work Location: On the road
