Seeking a relationship builder/sales manager! Great opportunity! Job Title: Sales and Customer Relationship Manager Compensation: * Salary: Base salary $70K - $190K with a performance-based bonus structure aligned with On-Target Earnings (OTE). Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid: On-site at bakery, remote home office, and client visits) Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales and Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. This hybrid role involves engaging with our bakery staff, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be outgoing and personable, and have experience in the food and/or hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities: * Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. * New Business Development: Identify and pursue potential new clients to expand the customer base. * Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. * On-site Engagement: Regularly visit the bakery to collaborate with the customer service team, pick up samples, and meet with bakers and management. * Remote Work: Manage emails, phone calls, and update POMESYS from a home office setting. * Field Work: Travel to meet with existing customers and potential clients to present products and negotiate contracts. * Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges. * Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company database. Qualifications: * Experience: Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, or related roles. Experience in the food or hospitality industry is highly desirable. * Skills: o Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. o Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. o Personable and outgoing demeanor to build rapport with clients and team members. o Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. * Other Requirements: Must reside in the Los Angeles area and possess a valid driver's license for client visits.
