We're looking for someone who understands both local and national pricing trends , can turn inventory within 60 days, and knows how to maximize profit using modern digital tools. Key Responsibilities: * Acquire used vehicle inventory through auctions, trade-ins, and direct sourcing * Analyze local and national market data to competitively price and merchandise vehicles * Utilize vAuto , ProfitTime , and other digital tools to manage inventory and optimize turn * Oversee reconditioning, merchandising, and digital listings for online platforms * Maintain a hard 60-day inventory turn while protecting front and back-end gross * Collaborate with the sales and F&I teams to drive unit volume and profitability What You Bring: * Prior experience as a Used Car Manager or Pre-Owned Director * Strong ability to use online tools to understand market demand and competitive pricing * Expertise in vAuto , ProfitTime, and digital merchandising platforms * Analytical mindset with strong organizational and leadership skills * Proven track record of inventory management and team performance What We Offer: * Competitive base salary: $75,000 -$100,000, plus monthly performance bonuses * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with company match * Paid time off and holidays * A luxury brand dealership with a strong market presence and growth opportunity Take charge of your career -- and our inventory.
