Full description of the position
Sales Manager, this position is responsible for managing the retail sales team as well as carrying out daily sale department administrative duties. This position will lead the team to grow sales through skills development, reinforce our winning culture through active coaching to develop our team to achieve profitable growth. RESPONSIBILITIES * Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts * Responsible for the performance development, objectives, training and coaching of the sales representatives * Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a sales team towards achieving goals * Responsible for managing sales meetings * Identify areas of opportunities and prepare action plan * Reviews and analyzes sales records and reports, uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets * Identify sales trends, and make data-driven decisions * Conduct quarterly reviews with sales representatives * Acts as company representative at trade association meetings * Performs other duties as assigned Minimum Experience and Qualifications: * High School education required * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business administration) or equivalent relevant industry experience. * 2 or more years' experience successfully growing profitable sales in the food service industry. * Must possess a continuous improvement mentality around technology and sales skills * Superb organizational and project management skills, including the ability to execute multiple initiatives autonomously. * Excellent communication, interpersonal skills written and verbally * Deep understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices Preferred Experience and Qualifications: * Three or more years of experience in sales management * Knowledge of corporate sales management experience * Knowledge of sales training & development * Proficient in Excel * Bilingual (Spanish) Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In personNebraskaland, Inc.
