Ideal Concepts Inc. is a national Insurance Marketing and Technology Company. We employ our own innovative software platform to drive business for our in- house and contracted insurance sales teams. We operate in the market under the brand InsureMe, Inc. This position is strictly office-based at Ideal Concept's Inc.'s Pennsylvania location. We offer a relocation package for candidates residing more than 50 miles away. It is essential to have experience in the Health Insurance industry, specifically in running a call center focused on driving sales and retention. Applicants without current or prior experience in Under 65 health insurance sales (preferably ACA) will not be considered. We are seeking a dynamic Health Insurance Call Center Sales Manager with extensive experience in the health insurance industry to lead our sales team and drive the overall success of our sales department. This role emphasizes the importance of call center expertise, focusing on managing and developing subject matter experts in a fast-paced environment that prioritizes goal achievement and talent development. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a passion for helping others succeed. As a hands-on leader, you will thrive in a performance-driven setting, effectively transferring knowledge of sales psychology and tactics to your team. Key Responsibilities: * Drive and exceed sales targets through effective strategies, coaching techniques, and a deep understanding of health insurance sales dynamics. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure team members meet individual and collective goals specific to the health insurance market. * Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and reduce churn within the health insurance sector. * Lead, mentor, and train sales leaders and agents to enhance skills, confidence, and productivity. * Conduct regular performance reviews, sales training sessions, and call monitoring to ensure quality and efficiency. * Create and manage training programs to ensure agents are well-versed in health insurance compliance standards and best practices. * Provide ongoing coaching to maintain adherence to industry regulations and company policies specific to health insurance. * Foster a competitive yet collaborative sales environment that motivates insurance agents to reach their full potential. * Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback for continuous growth. * Collaborate with leadership to refine sales processes and optimize lead conversion rates. * Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in phone sales and customer retention. within the health insurance landscape. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. * Health insurance license is required. * Experience managing a call center in the Health Insurance industry is essential! Experience: * 7+ years of Sales Management experience in a phone-based sales environment. * 5+ years of Call Center Management experience. * 3+ years of Health Insurance Sales experience is a must! * Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in the health insurance sector. * Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals. Skills: * Highly motivated with a hands-on approach. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong motivational abilities. * Solid understanding of sales principles, customer behavior, and sales psychology. * Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
