INDIE Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales expertise and analytical skills to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs. This position is essential for ensuring client satisfaction and promoting the growth of our services in the technology sales sector. Duties * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Words/Outlook a plus Bilingual/Spanish is a plus * Duties: Fluently use the in-house warehouse management software. On-the-job training will be provided. Be able to follow shipping instructions or specific routing guides provided by the customer. Monitor and ensure customer's daily orders or special projects are processed accurately and timely. This requires close communication between the warehouse crew and the customer. Help manage returns and part orders. Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve any issues that the customer brings to our attention. Provide professional customer service whether over the phone or through email. Person with prior work experience with e-commerce or traditional B2B businesses a plus. * Account Support: Will be utilized in Printing labels for Customer Accounts. * Track and record valued added services performed for customers Answering Customer Phone Calls and Aiding Assistance Vendor Support-Tracking, Locating, Opening and Reporting. * Merchandise as it arrives to our Warehouse Location. * Emailing and Proving Daily Updates Regarding Certain Accounts.
