Responsibilities: * Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates. * Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, and event planning. * Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including travel agents, event planners, and corporate decision-makers. * Sales Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives. * Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. * Revenue Management: Collaborate with revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue. * Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement. * Event Planning: Work closely with the events team to coordinate and execute successful events and conferences. * Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
