Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while promoting our products and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a fast- paced retail environment. This position requires extensive knowledge of rifles, handguns, shotguns, optics, class III items, ammunition and shooting accessories. Duties and Responsibilities: * Will be responsible for product knowledge, pricing and usage * Compliance; 4473s, Form 4s, and understanding straw purchases. * In depth knowledge of firearm functions. * Will be responsible for training sales associates * Ensure all firearm and NFA paperwork is completed correctly. * Adhere to all ATF compliance guidelines. * Answer all incoming calls. * Responsible for maintaining inventory * Participate in product training to develop more knowledge. * Process end of day business. * Tuesday - Saturday work week Qualifications: * Education: High School Diploma or equivalent * Experience: 2+ years of related experience * Elevated knowledge of firearms and accessories * Experience user of rifles and scopes with ability to teach. * Computer skills: NetSuite and microsoft products * In depth knowledge of Spuhr and Accuracy International brands. * Communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
