About the Role: As a key sales representative in the Central Washington region, your primary focus will be identifying new project opportunities, building relationships with contractors and property owners, and guiding clients through the sales process--from initial outreach to signed contracts. You'll be the face of Solid Structures in the region, so professionalism, initiative, and strong industry knowledge are essential. Responsibilities: Generate and pursue construction sales leads in the Central Washington area Meet with potential clients on-site to assess project needs and present solutions Maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and developers Work closely with the Solid Structures team to ensure project success from sale to execution Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and regional opportunities Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the construction industry Strong local network and knowledge of the Central Washington market Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the region Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of accountability This is a commission-based, 1099 contractor position--perfect for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment and is looking to grow with a reputable and fast-expanding company.
