As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through both direct and outside sales efforts, while analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities. Responsibilities * Conduct door-to-door approach to generate leads and establish new customer relationships. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies effectively. * Engage in outside sales activities, meeting clients in their locations to present products and services. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that enhance product visibility. * Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments. Requirements * Proven experience in direct sales, preferably within technology or software sectors. * Strong skills in door knocking and lead generation techniques. * Ability to analyze market data and adapt sales strategies accordingly. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer engagement. * Experience in retail sales is a plus, along with a solid understanding of customer service principles. * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
