No problem -- we provide comprehensive training, hands-on mentorship, and a clear path to advancement. What You 'll Do * Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and other channels to introduce Solidify USA's solutions. * Identify client needs and qualify opportunities to pass along to senior team members. * Learn and master our sales tools and techniques to build a strong pipeline of leads. * Collaborate with senior consultants to develop sales strategies and improve client conversion rates. * Maintain accurate records of activity and progress in our CRM system. * Stay up-to-date on our service offerings, market trends, and client success stories. What You Bring * 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * A go-getter attitude with the resilience to handle objections and stay motivated. * Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. * Interest in sales, finance, fintech, or B2B markets. * Experience with CRM systems (like HubSpot or Salesforce) is a plus but not required.
