We are looking for a motivated buyer's agent who is passionate about making the home-buying experience great. You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer's dream home. Compensation: $100,000 + (Commission Based) Responsibilities: * Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale * Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market * Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction * Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home * Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers * Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction * Follow up with leads via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate sales * Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close * Assist potential home buyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget * Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market Qualifications: * High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred * 1+ years of buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience * Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry * Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car * Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success * Must be licensed in Virginia (Maryland and/or DC a plus) * Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills * Familiarity with the area's real estate market conditions and current real estate trends About Company RE/MAX Allegiance is a full-service brokerage specializing in a wide range of specialties, including residential sales, commercial sales, leasing, and new development projects in the most desirable neighborhoods in Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Hampton Roads.
