We are looking for a highly motivated individual who thrives on serving customers and developing new business to join our growing team at our Carlisle location. Responsibilities * Business development * New and used equipment sales * Prompt response to customers calls * Welcome and work with walk-in customers * Prompt follow up to all leads and referrals Preferred Requirements: * Knowledge of agriculture & construction equipment * Previous sales experience * Enjoys serving customers; strong customer service skills * Must be friendly, personable, and gets along well with others * Computer skills * Self-motivated Additional Employee Benefit * Employer sponsored events/outings for employees like company picnic, employee outings, Christmas banquet and other events throughout the year. * On site Health Clinic staffed by Penn Medicine physicians providing no cost doctors visits at our Mt.
