Industrial Rubber Products - Territory Manager Location: Berks/Lancaster/York County, PA (and surrounding areas) R/W Connection, Inc. is a leading regional distributor of industrial rubber products , specializing in industrial and hydraulic hose, fittings, conveyor belting, and gaskets. With seven stocking branch locations across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland , we are a fast-growing company representing premier manufacturers in the industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Territory Manager to expand our Industrial Rubber Products business in Berks and Lancaster County, PA, and surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to develop new business and grow existing accounts. Key Responsibilities: * Drive sales growth by developing new accounts and expanding business with existing customers. * Call on construction, aggregate, food, pharmaceutical, mechanical contractors, OEM, and general industrial accounts. * Provide exceptional customer service , technical expertise, and product recommendations. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and sales success. Qualifications: 5+ years of outside sales experience in industrial markets. Proven track record of territory growth and new account development. Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand industrial applications. Strong customer service and presentation skills. Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software. Experience in industrial rubber products preferred. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Clean driving record required. What We Offer: Competitive salary + commission structure.
