Residential and Commercial. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. * Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Positive attitude and a proactive approach to work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. * The ability to pass a pre-employment background check, physical and drug test is a must.
