RESPONSIBILITIES: * Be 100% certified on all Ford and Lincoln products in the 1st 90 days of employment. * Have a standard of excellence in all you do, for your customers and teammates. * Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot. * Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by learning about your buyer's wants and needs, and listening carefully to their responses. * Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects. * Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase. * Build strong rapport with customers. * Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles. * Bring your "A game" along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day. * Be here each day for sales meetings and briefings, and apply your knowledge. * Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards. * Ensure customers feel "The Hometown Service" motto we pride ourselves on.
