Position Overview: We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sales, account management, and operational support. You will play a key role in growing customer relationships, supporting fulfillment operations, and generating actionable sales and inventory reports. This position involves collaborating with internal teams to align customer strategies with inventory levels and business goals. Occasional travel may be required for trade shows or industry events as needed to support business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Sales Development * Identify and pursue new business opportunities. * Manage the sales pipeline and close deals to achieve performance goals. Account Management * Build and maintain relationships with customers. * Ensure consistent, high-quality customer service and follow-up. Reporting & Analysis * Create and interpret detailed sales, inventory, and performance reports. * Use insights to inform sales strategy and forecasting. Order Fulfillment & Inventory Coordination * Monitor the order processing cycle to ensure timely and accurate delivery. * Coordinate with internal teams to maintain appropriate inventory levels based on demand. Team Collaboration * Work closely with operations, marketing, and product development teams to align on customer needs and business priorities. Market Awareness & Events * Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity. * Attend trade shows or industry events as needed to represent the brand and gather market insights. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). * 3+ years of experience in inside sales or a similar role. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Experience in generating and interpreting sales and inventory reports. * Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. * Willingness to travel as needed.
