JOB SUMMARY * We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical sales and account management, with a proven track record of success in business development. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a deep understanding of roofing sales. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to drive profit margins and secure market share while growing and achieving monthly/yearly sales and margin budgets * Mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals * Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives * Establish consistent work revenue for their sales team by collaborating with the leadership to develop sales budgets, pricing strategies, and territory design * Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends. * To promote a sales culture that establishes a high performance, continuous improvement, and teamwork * Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance metrics. * Work closely with residential sales department to assure they provide client satisfaction and business accountability with clients, current and potential. * Continuously build market intelligence through local industry associations, events, and vendor relationships, insuring customer satisfactions; establishing new business opportunities. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction; providing accurate price quotes in a timely manner to customers * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and address client needs. * Provide training and support to team members on best practices in sales techniques. * Generate proposal to client via email. Track and follow up on all bids via acculynx tool and with sales team, guiding each deal from beginning to end * Being the leader when it comes to department discussion to achieve sales, production and accounting initiatives * Communicating with the General Manager and Operations Manager, maintaining an up to date itinerary to see if any changes are needed. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS * Proven experience in account management, technical sales, or related fields. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. * Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales targets. * Proficiency in using Acculynx or similar CRM tools for managing jobs and sales team achieved goals and current target that needs to be met * Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on delivering value to the clients. * Must have a valid driver's license * Sales Roofing and Management knowledge is preferred REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE * Managerial Sales Experience: 3- 5 years * Experience in Managing Roofing Sales * Associate Degree is Preferred Join our team as our Sales Manager where you can make an impact by driving growth and leading a talented group of professionals in the fast-paced world of roofing.
