RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop leads, assess customer needs, and promote appropriate products and services. * Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. * Work new and old sales leads. * Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations. * Maintain a strong work ethic everyday * Hard working and Coachable * Work with the agent to establish and meet goals * Have a great attitude * Be adaptable to different skill sets. * Works in a team environment QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred * Experience managing client relationships is preferred * Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs * Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening * Dedicated to customer service * Able to anticipate customer needs * Able to effectively relate to a customer * Detail oriented * Proactive problem solving * Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) * Life and Health license (must be able to obtain) * Associate's degree or higher preferred BENEFITS: * Paid time off (holidays and personal/sick days) * Salary plus commission/bonus * Expect 40-65k year 1 * Growth potential/opportunities for advancement within my agency We are looking for employees who are motivated to succeed.
