We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Fundraising Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth through strategic fundraising initiatives and donor acquisition. This role blends sales expertise with a passion for mission- driven work, focusing on cultivating relationships, securing funding, and expanding our donor base. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and engage prospective donors, sponsors, and partners to meet fundraising goals. * Develop and execute outreach strategies to build relationships via cold calls, emails, presentations, and events. * Create customized proposals and presentations that align donor interests with organizational needs. * Manage donor pipelines using CRM tools and track engagement metrics. * Collaborate with marketing and development teams to create compelling fundraising campaigns and materials. * Participate in community events and represent the organization to build visibility and support. * Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly fundraising targets. Requirements: * Proven track record in sales, fundraising, or business development (preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven environment). * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously. * Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, DonorPerfect, etc.) and Microsoft Office. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Passion for the mission and values of the organization. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,823.00 - $53,870.00 per year Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
