Please Review These Important Considerations * Prior experience in the boating, boat, or yacht industry is not required. However, candidates must demonstrate: * A strong work ethic * A goal oriented mindset * A drive to succeed * Flexibility in your schedule Compensation Structure: Please read fully and carefully before applying The initial two weeks will be considered a probationary period ( Compensation does NOT begin until successful completion of the initial two weeks). To be considered for the paid training program, agents must secure two listings within this timeframe. This requirement serves as a demonstration of their suitability for the role * Upon successful completion of the two week probationary period, the candidate will begin a 90 day training program that includes performance reviews at 30 increments. * For the first 30 days, you will receive $500 per week. * Upon satisfactory performance, your pay will increase to $750 per week for the next 30 days. * During the final 30 days of the probationary period, your weekly pay will increase to $1,000. * After successfully completing the training program probation, your monthly income will be $6,000. Work Expectations: This industry goes beyond the typical 9-5 schedule, requiring flexibility to address client needs and manage deals at various times. Requirements: * Ability to obtain a State of Florida Yacht and Ship Broker's License * Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply, though it is not a requirement. * Self-motivation * A willingness to learn * A sense of urgency Key Responsibilities: * Lead, train, and supervise a team of successful sales professionals in meeting targeted performance goals. * Conduct Interviews for Agents * Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate records. * Handle day-to-day tasks, including sending contracts to clients. * Maintain the office and lot spaces for operational efficiency. * Supervise all team members to ensure workflow effectiveness. Requirements: * Proven experience in being a sales manager. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Excellent leadership and communication abilities. * Proficiency in inventory management software is advantageous. * Dedication to maintaining high standards of performance and professionalism.
