Key responsibilities include: * Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new wholesale opportunities. * Analyze sales and customer data to refine sales strategies and optimize performance. * Develop, implement, and adjust sales plans based on market trends. * Recruit, train, and manage sales team, fostering ongoing development and professionalism. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and potential wholesale partners. * Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer service to align sales goals with company initiatives. * Lead team meetings, set objectives, and adapt strategies based on market feedback and performance metrics. * Represent and promote the company brand in the market. * Monitor and report on team and individual performance to senior management. * Perform additional duties as needed. Required Skills & Abilities: * Proven sales or management experience, ideally in wholesale or retail. * Strong knowledge of sales strategies, negotiation, and customer service. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. * Skilled in analyzing sales data and market trends. * Proficient in POS systems, inventory software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office. * Familiar with ERP systems; 2020 Design Software; experience with design/pricing software and blueprint reading is a plus. * Team-oriented, organized, detail-focused, and customer-service driven. * Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Education & Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted. * Experience in interior/kitchen cabinet design and project coordination is a plus. * Minimum 3 year of customer service experience. Physical Requirements: * Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 15 lbs when necessary. * Comfortable working in warehouse settings (occasional exposure to noise and dust). * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. * Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach as needed. * Occasional travel to meet clients. Work Schedule: * Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Job Type: Full-time Pay: $68,640.00 - $73,000.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance * Paid time off Shift: * 8 hour shift People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
