Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, promoting our bearing and power transmission, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial sales and have exceptional customer service skills. Duties * Conduct warm calling to potential clients to introduce our products and services. * Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities. * Provide sales support by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions. * Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and customer preferences. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRN system. * Achieve monthly sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills. * Assist in telemarketing campaigns aimed at generating leads and increasing brand awareness. Qualifications * Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within industrial equipment supplies/products such as bearings, power & trans, pipe valves, etc. * Strong understanding of technical sales processes and customer service principles. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive approach to selling. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with CRN software and telemarketing tools is a plus. * A proactive attitude towards business development and market research initiatives.
