Overview We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Administrator to join our team. In this role is responsible for the day to day account execution activities (including order management, reporting/analysis, inventory management, SLA performance management, & project management). This role supports an onsite, national wireless customer. You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, fostering strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service. Your expertise in account management and project management will be essential to drive efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery solutions improving overall program and financial performance. Responsibilities * Monitor the external environment and internal trends, to identify areas for improvement in supply chain management * Document, track and report the flow of materials and equipment to ensure items are being delivered in a timely manner * Program contact for provision of acquisition and movement analysis and feedback to requestor, procurement and freight forwarders as for all supply chain related queries * Fully researches and responds to issues/problems * Designs and provides detailed reports with analysis and recommendations for supply chain process improvements to senior management * Designs automated methods to enable more efficient capture of supply chain data * Create system queries to collect and analyze data pertaining to request processing times, order ship times, receipt processing times and design reports, including graphs, tables and charts representing findings * Dispatch outbound truckload shipments to approved carriers for timely delivery to our customers * Trace or re-consign truckload shipments on outbound basis to provide administrators with up-to-date shipment information as needed * Work to maintain good carrier relations and communications * Interface on behalf of the customer and the commercial organization to internal support functions including operations, IT, and finance. * Identify, prioritize, and communicate functional and technical requirements of the client service portfolio to the appropriate cross-functional organizations in order to ensure delivery against all customer SLA's. * Manage moderately to highly complex service solution delivery and program management. * Lead the implementation and execution of proposed/new solutions for key customer * projects. * Work with account leadership on business transformation projects. Qualifications * High School or GED * 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Logistics * Experience with MS Office (Excel) and the ability to learn new software quickly * Strong customer relationship skills * Proven track record of delivering results * Outgoing and a self-starter with strong organizational skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * A team player that must be flexible, enthusiastic and possess an energetic * personality Preferred Qualifications: * 2-3 years of sales or account management experience * Bachelor's degree ability to deal with ambiguity, to dives deep independently onboard scope issues. * Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional environment. * Demonstrated ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines through process improvements and communication practices. * Industry experience Join us as we strive to deliver exceptional value to our customers while fostering a positive work environment.
