Sales Specialist Responsibilities * Assist our guests looking to purchase and finance a vehicle * Maintain monthly sales goals * Utilize existing lead generation and advertising programs to ensure the appropriate quality and quantity of loan applications are met * Ensure a high level of customer service * Professionally greet new and existing customers in person and by phone, text, and email to determine their needs * Utilize social media to promote yourself and EASTON MOTORS with images from new guest purchases including testimonies * Positive mindset, grit, and drive to be a part of a growing company Sales Specialist Requirements * Previous sales experience in a commissioned-based sales role desired, but not required. * Previous Industry Experience: Retail, Retail Commission Sales, Consumer Finance, Rent-to-own, Title Loan, Sub-prime Automotive Finance, Payday Loan, Insurance, Mortgage, Cell Phone or a related industry that involved leading a commission or goal-based sales team * Some experience developing new lead sources * Good business acumen including some math and writing skills * Must be available Saturdays * Must have a valid driver's license * MVR and a background check will be conducted Sales Specialist Pay and Benefits * Average Sales Associates make $50,000 - $80,000 per year * Great Benefits with low premiums * Competitive paid time off * Employer paid Life Insurance and Short Term Disability Insurance * Training provided * Career growth possible from Sales Specialist to Store Manager to Area Sales Manager Easton Motors is built on a foundation of great customer relationships.
