Job Overview We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales team. Strong leadership skills and previous experience required. Duties * Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives. * Manage technical sales processes, ensuring a thorough understanding of product offerings. * Negotiate contracts with clients to secure favorable terms while maintaining profitability. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Qualifications * Proven leadership experience in a sales environment. * Proficiency in Dealertrack or similar DMS. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on customer service. * A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
