We are eagerly seeking a talented full-time real estate acquisitions specialist to join our real estate team. You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. We're looking for someone with good negotiation skills and no prior real estate experience is necessary although highly encouraged! This job is not remote. You must be located in the Tampa Bay area to be considered for this position. Compensation: $48,000 - $100,000 Responsibilities: * Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process * Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition * Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers * Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale * Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward * Underwrite prospect leads and make competitive offers * Meeting company KPIs, to help reach personal/business goals Qualifications: * Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required * 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred * Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred * Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality * Real estate license not required at time of hiring but applicant must obtain at start of employment About Company Remida Management LLC is about to embark on its 12-year anniversary!
