Piper Companies is looking for a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case Manager to join DoD consulting company supporting CECOM project and SAM-D program. This position is hybrid at APG(Aberdeen Proving Ground) with 2 remote days per week. Essential Duties of theFMS Case Manager: * Track the FMS (foreign military sales) Case transaction process from cradle to grave from initial request of equipment through planning for long-term program life-cycle sustainment. * SAM-D does foreign military sales transactions for SE-FI equipment (communications, surveillance, intelligence) * Preparing Letters of Acceptance (LOA), identifying material, services, and shipping requirements, and estimating system life cycle costs. Qualifications of theFMS Systems Case Manager: * Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience or Associates degree and 7 years of experience * Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret or Top Secret clearance. * Experience in foreign military sales (FMS) is strongly preferred. * Experience as Logistician, Program Analyst, Financial Analyst, Case Manager, Contracts Analyst, etc Compensation for theFMS Systems Case Manager: * $90,000 - $115,000 (based on experience) * 2 remote days per week * Comprehensive benefit package; Cigna Medical, Cigna Dental, Vision, 401k w/ ADP, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, paid holidays This job opens for applications on 4/30/2025.
