Job Overview: As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales team. You will be responsible for mentoring, training, and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of door-to-door sales representatives, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to succeed. * Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the sales techniques and product knowledge of team members. * Set clear sales targets and performance expectations for individual team members and monitor progress towards goals. * Lead by example through active participation in door-to-door sales activities, demonstrating best practices and providing constructive feedback. * Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets, drive customer acquisition, and maximize revenue generation.
