Gym Front Desk Associate Wanted! Are you a fitness enthusiast with excellent customer service skills? Do you have a passion for sales and a willingness to learn? We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate at Iron Jungle Family Fitness Responsibilities- Included but not limited to * Greet and assist members and guests with a smile * Handle sales inquiries and convert leads into new memberships * Answer phone calls and respond in a timely manner to call backs * Make outbound calls to prospective members and follow up on leads * Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including tidying up the lobby and restrooms, hourly rounds in gym, picking up, cleaning and organizing * Rotate between 1st and 2nd shift schedules, with occasional weekend shifts * Lift a minimum of 45 pounds (e.g., weights, equipment, or supplies) Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required * 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred * Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications * Excellent communication and sales skills * Ability to pass a clean background check * Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends What We Offer: * Competitive hourly rate (Base pay plus weekly bonuses - average $700-$1000 per week on average) * Opportunities for growth and professional development * Free gym membership *Potentially other benefits to be discussed upon interview * A fun and supportive work environment If you're a team player with a passion for fitness and customer service, we want to hear from you!
