Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading a team of sales associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Duties * Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. * Supervise daily operations, including cash register management and inventory control. * Assist in training new team members on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and sales strategies. * Monitor stock levels and ensure that merchandise is displayed effectively to maximize sales opportunities. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. * Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. * Collaborate with management to develop promotional strategies that drive traffic and increase sales. Experience * Previous experience in retail sales or a similar environment is preferred. * Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing teams effectively. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele; bilingual skills are a plus. * Familiarity with cash register operations and inventory management practices. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
