Full description of the position

* We are hiring an Administrative Sales Coordinator with excellent customer service skills to assist the Sales Consultants with customer relations. Applicants with an optimistic attitude and excellent communication skills will stand out due to this being a customer-facing role. Responsibilities * Greet and direct customers * Assist with answering incoming phone calls * Collect client questions about specific products/services needed when a Sales Consultant is unavailable * Schedule measurement appointments and installations * Order products from vendors * Maintain sample check-out log * Ensure product displays are fully stocked, samples are put away, and assist with keeping the showroom organized * Enter estimates, contracts, work orders, invoices and follow up with customers; maintain customer files * Collaborate with the Sales Consultant team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) * Process payments and assist with billing * Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager Skills * Proven work experience in Customer Service * Understanding of the sales process * Familiarity with consumer behavior principles * Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures * Solid math skills * Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships * Ability to perform in fast-paced environments * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word.
