KYDC Signs, a leading sign company located in the Elizabethtown KY, is seeking a seasoned sales person / project manager to join our team. We are looking for a results driven individual that will actively seek out and engage customer prospects along with growing relationships and sales with new and existing customers. A vast knowledge of the sign industry is as must. Requirements: * Understanding profit and loss and the drive to ensure profits are made * Knowledge of the sign / print field * Ability to scope out, estimate and sell installation and replacement jobs. Qualified candidates must understand all components needed to complete the job from start to finish making the install/replacement profitable. * Obtaining new customers and maintenance contracts * Continuation of selling to our existing customers maintaining relationship * Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Responsibilities * Present, promote and sell jobs and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers * Spec out, estimate and layout new installs and replacements of sign projects. (Must have knowledge in the mechanics of Sign Industry) * Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs * Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships * Reach out to customer leads through cold calling * Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction * Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule * Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports * Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
