Job Description The Harpole Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking a highly motivated Licensed Sales Agent to join our rapidly growing team. As a full-time Licensed Sales Agent, you will assist individuals, families, and small businesses in securing their futures. Youre well-suited for this role if you are self-driven and possess natural sales abilities, and if you wish to make a difference in peoples lives. The objective of this position is to generate sales from existing and prospective clients. This involves selling, marketing, and servicing our insurance products while providing exemplary customer service and maintaining integrity. Your success will largely depend on your motivation and desire to achieve results. Top performers in this role average $100k. Salary: $75000.00 - $95000.00 per year * Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Evenings Off Uncapped Earning Potential Ongoing Professional Development Fun and competitive environment * Responsibilities Your typical day will include: * Meeting sales production goals and objectives by prospecting and generating new business through warm leads, referral sources, and upselling existing customers based on their needs. * Developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales with new and existing customers, primarily via phone calls. * Cultivating strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty. * Prospecting for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases. * Presenting and explaining insurance policy options based on prospective clients' needs and personal goals.
