Job title: Channel Sales support Location: Bartlesville OK 6 months contract on W2 PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS Functional areas of responsibility are completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with established policies and procedures. Professional business relations exist with Sales Channel Partners. Questions, problems, and information needs are resolved courteously, effectively, and promptly. Assistance is provided as required. Required documentation, records, reports, and files are complete, accurate, and up to date. Effective working relations and coordination exist with Company personnel. Information is obtained and conveyed as needed. Management is informed of area activities and of any significant concerns. QUALIFICATIONS Required Knowledge: Refining processes to achieve better results as a team Thorough understanding of Quoting, Ordering and Proposal processes Thorough understanding of Project Management principles and processes Thorough understanding of the Channel Support and Order process Responsible for analyzing customer requirements and prepare quotation with cost estimate. Review and understand customers control specifications. Develop control architecture per specifications and equipment requirements. Prepare control functional specifications for systems, stations and/or work cells. Review and identify control modification requirements of existing equipment to accommodate proposed changes. Prepare cost estimates for system, station etc. control requirements. Coordinate customer activities relative to controls (i.e.. Attend meetings and make presentations).
