Assured Alliance, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! This will be a in person position, we are looking for someone with an amazing attitude who is always ready to help customers and wants to grow within the company! Great working environment! Responsibilities: * Deliver an outstanding store experience that improves customer loyalty. * Help our clients identify the right solutions to customer billing, technical, and/or account issues. * Problem solve and make professional judgement on whether customers qualify for the in-store services that the firm's clients offer. * Participate in the company's social media campaigns * Develop strong leadership and interpersonal skills. * Driving sales through retail promotions with a positive attitude!
