About us Gulf Rubber / Ace-O-Flex Gasket is a family-owned and operated gasket manufacture. We specialize in fabricating various sealing products to service the Oilfield, Industrial Supply, Petrochemical, and Marine industries all around the gulf of Mexico. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through business development efforts - Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction - Conduct warm calling, telemarketing, and outbound calling to generate leads and secure sales - Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth - Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities Skills: - Strong business development skills with a proven track record of success - Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships - Proficient in warm calling, telemarketing, and outbound calling techniques - Technical sales knowledge to understand complex products and solutions - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information Note: This job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change or modification at any time.
