As a Harley Davidson Fit Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on Harley Davidson motorcycles that fit the customer's wants and needs. * Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up. * Generating sales leads to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. * Participating in events, promotions, and other activities to promote the Harley Davidson brand and our dealership. * Continuously improving your knowledge of Harley Davidson products and the industry. * Outbound contact via Calls, texts, emails, and personalized videos. Qualifications: * At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably with a focus on powersports, motorsports or the Harley Davidson brand. * A deep understanding of the Harley Davidson brand and lifestyle is encouraged but not required. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proven ability to meet goals and exceed targets. * A strong work ethic and personal motivation. * Ownership mentality * A valid driver's license and a motorcycle endorsement.
