Seeking a driven and goal-oriented individual with a proven track record of surpassing targets. We have a full-time opening for a Real Estate Disposition Agent who is organized, personable, and eager to grow their career. Our team provides all the necessary tools, state-of-the-art resources, and materials to ensure your success. We're looking for someone with good negotiation skills and no prior real estate experience is necessary although highly encouraged! This job is not remote. You must be located in the Tampa Bay area to be considered for this position. Compensation: $48,000 - $100,000 Responsibilities: * Find and qualify potential investors and buyers for our properties * Do strategic marketing and placement of our properties * Create marketing templates * Do excessive research on buyers and buying criteria * Find hedge fund Acquisition people and Investor buyers * Build strong relationships with potential buyers * Find turnkey buyers and educate them on our turnkey process Qualifications: * Problem solver * Communication skills * Highly motivated About Company Remida Management LLC is about to embark on its 12-year anniversary!
