Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. This role requires a proactive approach to selling and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Demonstrate product features and benefits, particularly in outdoor enclosures. * Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash registers to process transactions efficiently. * Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked. * Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively. * Participate in outside sales activities to expand the customer base. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Skills * Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and sales processes effectively. * Ability to sell products confidently while understanding customer needs. * Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions.. * Knowledge of outdoor enclosure design is a plus but not mandatory. * Join our team as a Sales Associate where your skills in sales, customer engagement, and product knowledge will contribute significantly to our success!
