Fine Jewelry Sales Associate Revelations Jewelry Revelations Jewelry is currently seeking a motivated Fine Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team at Cottonwood Mall in Albuquerque, NM. We are also looking for an experienced jeweler to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will bring professional retail sales experience and a strong focus on superior customer service. While knowledge of jewelry products is a plus, we are willing to train highly motivated individuals to acquire detailed product knowledge and provide our customers with the most educated and enjoyable shopping experience. We do not promote "pushy" sales techniques. Responsibilities and Duties: * Greet customers and offer assistance with a welcoming and friendly approach * Ensure all cash handling procedures are followed according to company policies * Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while continuing to engage with customers * Utilize inventory tracking practices efficiently * Recommend additional and complementary products * Provide customers with information on current promotions and sales * Provide feedback to management on all products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues that could impact productivity * Perform other duties as necessary Job Requirements: * Ability to deliver the highest level of customer service with a friendly and energetic personality * Open availability * Ability to pass a criminal background check * Ability to stand or move about the store for up to 100% of work time * Provide references upon request * Ability to work well in a team setting * Multitasking skills * Reliable transportation * 1 year of retail customer service and retail sales experience (preferred) * Must be over the age of 18 Preferred Qualifications: * Experience as a jeweler or in jewelry sales Benefits: * Opportunity for bonuses * Generous commission structure * Opportunities for advancement in our growing company * Employee discount across all stores * Paid training * Immediate openings available Please ensure your notifications are turned on to receive messages promptly.
