Compensation: $100,000 - $500,000 yearly Responsibilities: * Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally * Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process * Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client * Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service * Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements Qualifications: * A valid Real Estate License is required for this job * Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising * Proven negotiating and communication skills * Independent and self motivated * Skilled in industry practices and lease language About Company Award-winning firm.
