Job Summary As an Independent Territory Sales Representative for Midwest Fastener Corp, you will manage and grow an established sales territory in and surrounding areas. You'll represent one of the most respected names in the hardware and home improvement industry, working independently while receiving full support from the company. This role offers high earning potential and the flexibility to set your own schedule. Target Start Date: Mid-May Earning Potential: $65,000 - $95,000 Responsibilities and Duties * Travel throughout the territory to visit existing customer accounts and place orders * Provide in-store service and merchandising support * Identify and recruit new accounts to expand the territory * Plan and execute store conversions (involving lifting/moving equipment up to 60 lbs) * Maintain strong relationships with customer service and internal management * Organize and manage a consistent territory schedule Qualifications * Proven success managing a sales territory * Experience in retail merchandising * Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently * Ability to start quickly and "hit the ground running" * Computer proficiency in MS Office, internet applications, and smartphone technology * Possess dependable transportation.
